720 kilometers of cycle paths and around 13,000 meters of altitude enable you to take a varied tour by mountain bike. All mountain bike trails are equipped with the Mountain Bike Model Tirol, which provides clear signage and simple navigation for finding the right route.

Numerous climbing gardens with different levels of difficulty invite you to spend the day sporty and with many impressions. Of course, safety comes first in sports, a well-trained team and the latest equipment are waiting for an exciting adventure.

The element of water is in the foreground at the WildeWasserWeg. Three different stages give an insight into the world of water and describe the formation of a raging brook right down to its origin.

At the WildeWasser playground Klaus Äuele you will find numerous stations, such as a balancing climbing course, a water playground with a water wheel, a flying fox over the water and a raft to explore the pond.

The Stubay in Telfes with over 5,000 square meters is a perfect meeting point for young and old.
The Finnish sauna, the steam bath, the herbal sauna, the Kneipp bath and a cold plunge pool are at your disposal. Outside, the panorama infusion sauna, the salt grotto, a sauna garden with a lawn and an outdoor pool await you.

Experience a lightning-fast valley descent with a route length of 2.8km and a height difference of 640m on the steepest Alpine roller coaster in Mieders. With a top speed of 42 km/h, a rapid experience for young and old is guaranteed.
